We do not store any facial recognition data on our platforms or servers.
- Consent to Facial Recognition: By submitting an event photo request, you consent to the use of facial recognition technology to identify you in event photos. You acknowledge that this technology is not 100% accurate and may occasionally identify incorrect individuals.
- Accuracy and Limitations: While we strive to provide accurate and satisfactory results, the effectiveness of facial recognition technology can vary based on factors such as lighting, photo quality, and facial expressions. We do not guarantee the identification of all relevant photos and disclaim liability for any inaccuracies or omissions.

- Data Retention and Deletion: Photos processed for your request will be retained for the minimum period necessary to fulfill your request and will then be deleted following our four-year data retention policy. You may request the deletion of your photos at any time by contacting us.
